There is a 10 min break between each spa service so you can enjoy refreshments, chat with your friends, take a washroom break and not be rushed, our goal is to provide a relaxing environment for your spa pampering.

If possible all massages are with a RMT (Registered Massage Therapist). If a package states the massage is with an esthetician, if a RMT is available, the massage will be with the RMT and insurance receipts are provided.

Included in our "Gift Certificate Day Spa Package" is an hour
massage with a Registered Massage Therapist - choose from Hot Stone Massage,
Aroma Therapy Massage, or a full body Relaxation Massage.
A four layer "deluxe" facial is also included, voted by Cosmopolitan

Spring Renewal
Spa services - Massage with Registered Massage Therapist (we provide receipts), hot stone, relaxation, or deep tissue. A fabulous four layer facial, 1 1/2 hours of pure relaxation and rejuvenation. A gourmet lunch and a pedicure and manicure.

When you arrive at Hummingbird Hill you will change into a robe, complete a health history form for the registered massage therapist if you’re having a massage, and relax with refreshing mimosas, coffee, tea and snacks before starting your services. Please leave your jewelry at home if you are having a treatment that will require its removal.

Meditation
Reduce stress and improve your overall state of mind with a meditation session.
Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a Japanese Technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands on treatment method that focuses on alleviating, restrictions to physiological motion of all the bones in the skull, including the face and mouth, as well as the vertebrai column, scrum, coccyx (tailbone) and pelvis. Attention is directed to alleviating any obstacles to free movement by the cerebrospinal fluid within the membrance compartment and is normalizing and balancing perceived related energy fields. It is a non-invasive treatment process that requires 30 min to 60 min.
Hypnotherapy
The doorway in hypnosis is the unconscious mind. Your unconscious mind not only holds information that is outside your consciousness, but it also manages sensations and body functions. Hypnosis is a method of relaxing your state of mind in order to treat anxiety, asthma,chronic pain,fears and phobias, smoking, insomnia, panic attacks and stress.

Men's Day Spa Package
Your guy needs to be pampered too! Let him enjoy a day at the spa in a manly way - included is a spa pedicure, 1 1/2 hrs of pampering for the feet, results

(Includes hot wax treatment) -sole therapy A full hour massage relaxation, therapeutic (deep tissue) or hot stone with RMT. Tell Us What You Want
Our goal is for our clients to be more than satisfied with their treatments.
Please ensure you let the Registered Massage Therapist know exactly what type of massage you want, such as deep tissue, relaxation, or a combination.
Please let the Estheticians know exactly what you want, if you are claustrophobic let them know before starting a 4 layer facial, (which has a hard clay mask). If you are allergic to nuts, gluten or anything else you may encounter during a treatment please let them know.
If you want special attention paid to your heels during a pedicure, let the esthetician know what you would prefer. These are just examples, but please let us know what your preferences are so we can make your experience a perfect one.
Gratuities
A 10% gratuity is added to all day spas and spa services. This way you do not have to remember to bring cash for gratuities, they are taken care of for you.
