Weddings at Hummingbird Hill are individually designed,
we will coordinate your wedding for a fee based on size etc.
- chairs for up to 200 guests (set up and clean up)
- a Tule isle is set up and taken down,
- garbage containers and all clean up is included
- registry table and chairs, use of the garden for the pre-ceremony, interior
for photo's
- the night before rehearsal if the clergy is present (not included is
a rehearsal party)
- extra fridges and freezers are available to store your beverages and
food.
- we will serve your non-alcoholic beverages and finger foods
- set up skirted tables, decorate, arrange wicker love seats and benches
in the yard
- washroom facilities for your wedding guests the day of the ceremony
- musicians we do have wedding cd's
- clergy to perform the ceremony
- beverages and finger foods you wish to serve your guests
- serviettes, wine glasses, bottled water, cold drinks, canopy or tent
- cost of photographer
- base price does not include wedding planning
Wedding planning is available
at an additional cost and can include the following:
- arrangement for musicians, any special requests,
- wedding cake, finger foods, refreshments, servers, canopy
- Justice of the peace to perform the ceremony
We do not have dinner/dances on site, or
alcoholic beverages.
- the rooms (3) must be booked for 2 nights by
wedding guests at $150 each room per couple. Full breakfast is included,
rooms are guaranteed (with a credit card). Same guests in each room for
the 2 nights. The cost of the included price is $1750. plus GST. The bride
and wedding attendants can have a night before pamper party with spa treatments
(at additional cost). The hairdresser/make-up persons can do their magic
at Hummingbird Hill the morning of the wedding.
A contract letter of agreement is signed
by both parties.
50% deposit is paid at time of booking and is non refundable
Credit card with expiration date is required to confirm guest rooms.
