Getting a Marriage License
An original birth certificate or current passport, and current photo identification is required by both parties when applying for a marriage license.(two forms of identification each)

If one of the parties has been divorced outside of Canada, there is a special package which must be requested and all applications completed before a marriage license can be issued.

When applying for a marriage license, complete the application form, bring your photo id's as outlined above and within minutes you will have your marriage license.
