Massage with RMT (1 hr) $100 or (1 1/2 hr) $155 Massage therapy is a safe and effective choice for health maintenance, injury and prevention. Our RMT's will enhance your health by providing professional therapy and support to achieving your health care goals. A variety of techniques are integrated to promote and structure health of circulatory, neurological and endocrine systems.  Our RMT's also offer Thermal Palms massage, Hot Stone or a combo . We provide insurance receipts for massage services!

Thai Herbal Stem Massage  (75 min) $145 Traditional Thai Herbal Stem Massage is an ancient system of healing with its roots in Yoga ,Ayurvedic medic and Buddhist spirtual practice. This treatment is a combination of accupressure, shiatsu, & lomi lomi, the techniques are easy on your body and leave you relaxed and refreshed This unique and complete system of yoga therapy combines rhythmic massage, acupressure, gentle twisting, deep stretching and meditation. Thai massage releases tension, increases vitality, creates wholeness of mind, body and spirit. Each client will take home their Thai stems filled with herbs, used for their massage.

Hot Stone Massage  (1 hr) $100 or (1 1/2 hr) $155 A massage using smooth dark, heated stones to relieve stiffness and soreness and restore energy.  Also known as La Stone Therapy

Hot stone full body massage with chocolate oils, and massage creams a head to toe chocolate experience for the choc-o-holic in us all........all guilt free!

Thermal Hands Massage (1 hr) $100 This treatment enhances circulation, lymphatic drainage and puts you in a state of peaceful tranquility. A soft alternative to Hot Stone Massage - you will enjoy it. This massage can include a combo- some hands on, thermal hands- all with RMT (Registered Massage Therapist).

Lymphatic Drainage Massage (1 hr) $100 Developed in the 1930s, lymphatic drainage is a delicate form of massage that stimulates the body's lymphatic system, improving the metabolism, helping the body to eliminate waste and toxins and providing a boost to the immune system.

How does it work?
The lymphatic system is responsible for helping fluid and waste leave the body and for regulating the immune system. When the lymphatic system becomes blocked, fluid builds up and stagnates, causing the entire system to become toxic, making us feel sluggish and more susceptible to viral or contagious diseases. By stimulating this system through massage, it works more efficiently, which in turn boosts the immune system, clears blockages, eliminates toxins, transports nutrients to cells and increases the metabolism.

What does it involve?
Lymphatic drainage is essentially a form of massage carried out by a specialist practitioner. The first session involves a consultation to determine the client's needs and, at that point, the number and frequency of future sessions is decided upon. Unlike some other forms of massage, lymphatic drainage utilises a very light pressure combined with soft pumping movements in the direction of the lymph nodes. The process can take anywhere from 30 minutes with the masseur concentrating on a localised area, to two hours when working on the whole body.

What is it good for?
Lymphatic drainage massage is especially useful for individuals who seem to suffer regularly from common illnesses like colds and flu. It is also recommended for people who lead sedentary lifestyles, or those who want to reduce puffiness or swelling. It has been cited as having a positive effect on problem skin, cellulite, dysfunctional respiratory systems and people with low energy.

What are the benefits?
Lymphatic drainage massage boosts the immune system so, as well as helping the body ward off illness, treatment can facilitate general feelings of health and vitality. It also has a positive physical effect, improving the appearance of the skin and reducing puffiness caused by water retention, poor circulation or pregnancy. As with other massage, it can help with pain from fractures and sprains and rheumatism, and it promotes the body's own healing mechanisms. Lymphatic drainage massage utilises very light pressure

What are the side effects and when should it be avoided?
Lymphatic drainage should not be used by people with acute inflammation, malignant tumours, thrombosis or major heart problems. Because of its effect on the immune system, people with cancer, diabetes, thyroid or kidney problems, asthma or epilepsy should seek medical advice before treatment. It is also advisable that women do not undergo lymphatic drainage while menstruating.

Aesthetics
Hummingbird Hill facials are holistic in nature and do not include extractions as this procedure is considered invasive and ultimately can scar the delicate tissue.  Our facials use a more passive approach, allowing science and technology to provide superior products that do the work, gently exfoliating the skin with no risk of scarring or irritation. 

All facials are 90 min, include exfoliation (tell your therapist if you are allergic to almonds) a pumpkin exfoliation will be used, steaming and cleansing, masks depending on the facial, hot stone shoulder massage, while in the mask, arm and hand massage.  Our therapists do not leave the room, they stay with you and give you a total pampering 90 min facial.- pure bliss "We put the Ahh.......in Spa"

The Repechage Four-Layer Facial (1 1/2 hr) $135 The anti-aging facial that guarantees consistent visible results "A total experience and customized at Hummingbird Hill" Layer 1:  Seaweed Filtrate is a concentrate of freshly-harvested seaweed.  It softens lines, adds moisture and helps rebalance and tone skin tissues. Layer 2:  A three-movement facial massage is given with a creamy hydrating formula.  Lasting benefits include improved circulation to blood vessels. Layer 3:  The fresh seaweed mask is mixed and applied, feeling cool, adding moisture, eliminating toxins and nourishing skin as it soothes. Layer 4:  The mineral mask is the grand finale, improving skin tone and creating more even skin color.  It creates its own gentle warmth to activate the properties of the seaweed mask beneath it. The results are impressive: younger-looking skin with visibly renewed moisture and an afterglow that lasts. Enzyme Peel   (1 1/2 hr)  $135 This new fabulous treatment will remove dead skin cells with an enzyme peel, hydrate & firm the skin, increase Collagen production and reduce the signs of aging. Benefits - Reduce wrinkles, provide long term firming and results in a smooth, hydrated and glowing complexion. Included in your treatment is cleansing, enzyme peel, moisturizing and hot stone shoulder and neck massage.

Fruit Facials   (1 1/2 hrs)    $100 All natural facials, designed especially for you. Some of the products we use are watermelon, lemons, strawberries, bananas, pears, peaches, apples, tomatoes and grapes. After natural cleansing, our aesthetician, will do a skin analysis and determine what type of fruits will best benefit your skin type.  Also includes hot stone massage of neck shoulders and arms, moisturizing, facial massage, and scalp massage.

Renewal Facial - Repechage (1 1/2 hrs) $100
An anti-aging exfoliating treatment, gentle marine hydroxy acid combines with natural alpha hydroxy acids to exfoliate and renew, leaves skin supple and younger looking. Eliminates fine lines and evens out skin tone, speeds up cell production, visible immediate results. Includes hot stone neck and shoulder & arm massage.

This is a holistic approach to treat acne. Included in your treatment is a mud face wash, clear complexion mask, and calcium and calamine mask.

Purifying Facial (1 1/2 hrs) $100
This facial is great for skin that is oily deep down but suffers from surface dryness. This deep pore cleansing facial includes our calcium and calamine mask to eliminate comedones and pustules as the skin's texture is refined.  This facial reduces excess oil and shine while providing balance and moisture deep within the skin

Sugaring (1 hr) $100
A mixture of sugars, oils and water is used to vigorously scrub the body to remove dead skin, clean pores and stimulate circulation. After a shower, a full seaweed energizing moisturizing of the entire body follows being wrapped in warm linens. Includes hot stone neck and shoulder massage while in the wrap, warming facial mask, and scalp massage.

Aromatherapy Wrap (1hr) $100
A full body massage, or treatment using scented essential oils and light, smoothing movements,  Different oils are used for different therapeutic benefits. Includes hot stone neck and shoulder massage while in the wrap, warming facial mask, and scalp massage.

Pedicures
All pedicures include a  foot soak, foot care, credo or buffing of callused skin, nail care, cuticle care, trim, and shapping of nails, foot scrub, full moisturizing of feet  and lower leg , massage, hot wax treatment , and polish. We use only the best products, and all tools are sterilized, the file is given to you after your treatment. The hot stone spa pedicure, includes a foot massage with hot stones. Chocolate spa pedicure includes all chocolate products.

Reflexology (1hr) $90
Promotes overall health and balance of the body system. Reflexology is a complimentary therapy which works on the feet to help heal the whole person not just the prevaling symptoms.  Reflexology can be utilized to restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium.  This gentle and relaxing therapy encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own healthy balance.
