We prepare one entree per breakfast, and vary our entrees daily. Here are some of the entrees we prepare:

- Blueberry Stuffed French Toast with whipped cream and maple syrup
- Belgium Waffles with raspberries, maple syrup and whipped cream
- Eggs Benedict, with country ham or smoked salmon
- Omlettes with portebello mushrooms, spinach, and cheeses, croissants
- Herbed Quiche in a Ham Crust
- Cranberry Pancakes, also blueberry, and sour dough pancakes
- Oven baked Frittatas

Fresh fruit is always on the menu as a first course - either a fresh fruit salad or a fruit plate with yogurt.

Lunch- includes a boneless chicken breast, or crab cakes caesar salad or other salad, multi grain breads, decadent dessert and wine

3 course Dinner- appetizer, entree (filet mignon), decadent dessert

Reservations can be made by phone, email or fax. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Interac (when the reservation is made a 50% deposit is put on credit card). New! Hummingbird Hill is a getaway B&B and is not set up for children under 16. The management and staff of Hummingbird Hill reserve the right to limit the amount of alcoholic beverages our guests bring to Hummingbird Hill.

When you stay at Hummingbird Hill there are no unregistered guests at our facilities.

The facilities are for our guests only, the spa is in a seperate building on our premises and all spa services are in the spa.

We reserve the right to hold your vehicle keys when you are drinking. Excessive drinking is not allowed.

Hummingbird Hill is smoke free, smoking outside only please.

Hummingbird Hill is a boutique spa-country resort with all inclusive packages.

Breakfast is always included with all reservations, we also offer other meals for our guests convenience. Due to health regulations we do not allow any food to be brought in by our guests, no coolers or take out.

Guests do not have kitchen priviledges, due to health regulations, if you do not reserve meals at HBH with your reservation, you must go out for meals, we have many restaurants within driving distance in all price ranges.

We take great care in the preperation of our food, everything is made fresh from the finest ingredients.

Guests can bring dry packaged snacks to be consumed in their rooms.

Hummingbird Hill is now completely smoke free, No smoking on the property - in your vehicle only please. Our guests appreciate our smoke free environment.
